This is a rustic-style house that mixes modern materials, such as polished cement floors, and the recovery of elements such as stone or brick walls. It has also been decided to keep the wooden beams, previously restored, with it’s tiles. All these old elements are reinforced by indirect lighting with LEDs.
On the second floor there is a newly built wooden platform. We also must hightlight the bathroom, with a bathtub made of bricks recovered from the same house and polished cement walls.
The refurbishment has been complemented by an extension to the main living room, where the kitchen-dining room has large windows overlooking the garden of the house.
